Early Registration - $550

1        Registration includes: welcome reception, breakfast, lunch and breaks Monday thru Thursday, a Barbeque Dinner and a Gala Dinner. Also included is a tour of a local manufacturing facility and a copy of the published proceedings that will be available approximately 6 months following the conference.

 

Cut off for Early Registration July 14, 2003

 

Onsite Registration- $625

 

Student Registration - $275

2        To receive this discounted price, at time of registration, accommodations must be made at the Millennium Hotel. Price includes all planned events and meals. Does not include copy of proceedings.

 

Spouse/Guest Program- $75

3        Includes reception, two dinners and possible tour of local manufacturing facility. Local tours may also be available for an additional cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

4        To receive a full refund cancellations must be made before July 14th, 2003.? No refunds will be issued after that date.

(All participants are strongly encouraged to stay at the conference hotels. Transportation to scheduled events will only be provided to and from these hotels. No other hotels are within walking distance.)
